Here is my clarinet :) This Selmer has been faithful to me going on eight years now. I love playing and am looking for opportunities to get back into it. I took this pic for a photography class of mine. Enjoy.

attention!a lil help please!
For my senior year Society and Culture class we need to do a Personal Interest Project on any subject of our choice. I'm doing my Personal Interest Project on The Psychological Effect of music. For this I'm including a chapter on playing an instrument and the mental effects of doing so.
So I need anyone who plays any sort of musical instrument or who has been in a band or sings to participate in an interview I'll need to use. The questions will be mainly about how it makes you feel etc, I haven't made it up yet but I'm trying to find people who would be kind enough to participate. So yer. Leave a comment here or email me: email@example.com
I'll let you know when I need to interview you (which will be within the next month). I may email you with the questions or do an online interview.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Thought i would post a post of photos of my newly completed guitars...
All wiring is either exactly as the vintage year suggests, or as closes as possible, as exact components are hard to get.
Hope you all enjoy these photos, and if needed, comment on them, and i will try to post the schematics and/or anything else you want to know about them at a later time.
they are linked to the pages that show how they were built etc.
These photos and descriptions are taken directly from my website
see post below for the addy, or Click Here!
hope you all enjoy!
Well this is my completed 1962 Stratocaster copy... looking good huh? Click on the image to see the construction process. It is obviously my favourite so far! :)
This is my completed 1960's Telecaster copy. Not suprisingly, this guitar took less time and effort than the Stratocaster, as the body is not shaped, or curved.
Lastly, but certainly not least, here is my completed Les Paul copy! This guitar took a little longer than the Fenders, but that is all explained behind the link. Definately a close second to my Stratocaster copy!

cross posted. i am annoying but desperate.
i am selling my trombone. it is a king 3b something-y-something(i believe)-- wide bore, f trigger, yellow brass. some dings &rust, but the slide &other parts work great. it comes with a nice, hard case. it is probably worth at least 600 dollars, but trombones are hard to find on the internet, i guess. i will sell it for 275, or 250 if i don't have to ship it. if you are interested i will take pictures. king is the second best kind of trombone ever (at least that's what my band teacher said, but he played the sax). the only thing better is a bach stradivarius, &that's a lot.
i of course want someone to buy it, but the main reason i am posting this is because it is ridiculous that i don't know/remember what model of horn this is-- does anyone have enough king trombone expertise that they could tell what it was, from pictures?
um, also ( Read more...Collapse ) Current Mood: anxious
